Catch a Rising Star at Dillard’s! Rising Star is a one year in-salon training program specifically designed for the developing technician. The program enables him or her to continue to refine technical, finishing and client care skills following graduation from school as the individual embarks upon a professional career in a salon. This program allows Dillard’s to recruit and retain the highest caliber of talented professionals - in “star” language: the best and the brightest. One full day each week is devoted to additional training for the Rising Star. This additional training may relate to technical skills, providing excellent service, or clientele building. This is a wonderful program not only for technicians joining the Dillard’s team but for salon clients as well since they can experience the latest in style and technique from a Rising Star for only $16.50 for the haircut and style including a dry hair consultation and stress relieving treatment.
